Familias Latinas Por La Educación (Latino Family Education Fellowship) is a leadership development program for adult relatives of school-aged children who want to positively impact their education. Participants engage through in-person instruction and gain access to resources, tools, and frameworks grounded in best practices they can incorporate into their leadership for durable advocacy.

A 9-month program that supports Latino education leaders in Greater Houston to advance in their leadership journey. We support our Fellows through culturally responsive professional development and a strong network of Latino professionals locally.

The Latinx Teachers Fellowship provides a cohort of K-12 teachers in Houston, Massachusetts and the Bay Area with a learning network of peers and the tools to collaboratively prepare to maintain and improve the skills needed to serve Latino students including large ELL populations.

We fully believe that we all have a role to play in closing the opportunity gap for Latino students. The Latino Board Fellowship identifies, supports and places Latino leaders from all professions in Greater Houston onto the governing boards of schools and education nonprofit organizations
