Boston, MALatinos for Education is proud to announce the selection of 82 outstanding education leaders for its 2025 Aspiring Latino Leaders Fellowship (ALLF). The fellowship spans three regions — Massachusetts, Greater Houston, and the Bay Area — and is designed to support and develop professionals in education and related fields who are committed to driving meaningful change and better outcomes for Latino students.

Now entering its ninth year, the Fellowship brings together emerging leaders who will participate in a blended model of virtual and in-person sessions, joining a national network of Fellows invested in advancing equity in education. Through professional learning communities, networking, and advocacy training, fellows will engage in topics such as policy and advocacy, supporting multilingual learners, data-driven decision-making, and inclusive leadership strategies.

“Equipping education leaders committed to Latino student success is essential to building schools, systems, and communities where all students can thrive,” said Amanda Fernandez, Founder and CEO of Latinos for Education. “By investing in this group of Fellows, we are cultivating the next generation of leaders who reflect and champion the voices, experiences, and aspirations of Latino students and families.”

The 2025 cohort includes a diverse group of professionals working across K–12, higher education, community-based organizations, and systems leadership. The fellows bring cross-sector expertise, passion for equity, and a commitment to transformational leadership.
