By accessing or using the Latinos for Education (“L4E,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site. The content, design, and materials on the Site are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2. Use of This Website
The Site is provided primarily for informational purposes. Through the Site, visitors may:

The Site does not offer visitor accounts, logins, or a member portal. You may view and download materials from the Site for personal, non-commercial, and informational use only. Submitting information through the Site (for example, joining our mailing list or completing a contact form) creates a marketing contact record in our customer relationship management platform. It does not create a visitor account, login, or member profile accessible on the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, and may connect with third-party service providers for analytics, marketing, and communication purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy below. L4E does not review or control linked third-party websites and is not responsible for their content. Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Latinos for Education collects through the Site, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide through the Site, such as your name, email address, and any other details included when you:
● Subscribe to our mailing list
● Submit a contact form
● Download gated content or resources
● Submit an application or program-related form
We also collect limited technical and usage information automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies, described below.

Information submitted through Site forms is stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship management and marketing platform, where it is used to manage communications with you as a marketing contact. We may also use other service providers to help us operate the Site and communicate with our community. These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to L4E.
5. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for a general and professional audience, including educators, partners, and members of the public interested in our work, and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
7. Your Choices
You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails. You may also contact us directly to ask about the personal information we hold about you.

You retain all rights in User Content (other than Feedback) you post to the Site.
